• Do I need to download software to use it ?

  No download required. No installation required. This is browser based software application. All you need is internet and web browser. You can acesss software application online from your office or from your home.

• Who do I need to contact to get support ?

  Contact client success professional assigned to your accout. (S)he will provide jump start training and will help when you get stuck. Alternatively, you can also create a support ticket for us or call our support phone number provided to you.

• Which currencies do you accept and how can I pay ?

  We accept payment in US Dollars only through check, credit card, and wire transfer.

• Can I purchase only what I use or I will have to purchase entire suite ?

  If you choose non-monthly subscription plan then we will maintainance, upgrade, bug fixes etc at additional fee.
